Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cloud City. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

You may return any item purchased from our online store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact our customer service team: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Package the item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include all accessories, manuals, and any other materials that came with the item.
  • Ship the item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number and insurance. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Refunds will include the cost of the item plus any applicable taxes, but will not include the cost of original shipping.

 

If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of original shipping.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item.
